Privacy Notice
Laundr is an RFID linen-tracking system for industrial laundry factories, used to receive and dispatch linen, track each item's status, and bill from scan history. This page is a plain explanation of what personal data the system stores, why, and for how long.
What we store, and why
- Staff names and phone numbers (admins, managers, staff, drivers) — to create their login and to record who performed each scan.
- Client contact names (hotels/hospitals) — to coordinate linen pickup/delivery and send delivery notifications.
- Proof-of-delivery photos and signatures a driver records at handover — evidence that a delivery actually happened, used if a delivery is disputed.
- Portal user accounts (sign-in email) — so a client can track their own deliveries, invoices and report problems themselves.
All of this supports the core operation — receiving linen, washing, drying, folding, QC, packing it into a delivery batch and delivering it back — and nothing beyond what that operation needs is collected.
Retention
Proof-of-delivery photos and signatures are kept for 90 days from the date they were taken, then removed from storage automatically every day. Other operational records (scan history, delivery orders, invoices) are kept only as long as needed to run the service, bill for it, and meet legal requirements.
Data controller
The data controller is the laundry factory you use or work for (not Laundr) — Laundr only provides the software platform (a data processor) on that factory's behalf. Sign in to see your own factory named here.
Your rights
- Access and request a copy of the personal data the factory holds about you
- Ask for inaccurate or outdated data to be corrected
- Ask for data to be deleted or its use restricted once it is no longer needed
- Withdraw consent, where processing relies on consent
- Complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) if you believe your rights were not respected
